Senior Home Care Services

Delivering Independence and Happiness Through Compassionate In-home Caregiving

Our Senior Care Services

How we provide care:

Seniors Helping Seniors offers personalized in-home services provided by mature caregivers who want to help. Accepting help is often easier when the caregiver is a peer who can relate on a personal level, someone who understands the desire to remain independent.

By helping with daily activities, our highly qualified caregivers enable loved ones to maintain independence and normal daily routines. We offer hourly care, seven days a week, and 24 hours a day, whatever the need is. Surrounded by their possessions, pets, and a familiar environment, our clients receive the support they need to enjoy their regular activities and continue living well at home in Orange County.

Our Care Providers

Our mature care providers come from many walks of life.  Many come from helping professions such as nursing, teaching and other human services and most have experience in caregiving for friends and family. Our team members have many different skills and interests but have a common desire to serve seniors.

For clients requiring a high level of care, our Certified Nursing Assistants are licensed and professionally trained to safely assist with bathing (in or out of bed), dressing, transfers and mobility assistance, medications reminders and more.  Our team members have many different skills and interests but have a common desire to serve other seniors.

All of our care providers go through a rigorous screening process that includes interviews, reference checks and a comprehensive background check. After pre-employment screening, caregivers receive ongoing training, including an infection control module: Understanding Coronavirus, a TB test and bonding by our Liability Insurance carrier.  Many of our care providers have also been vaccinated already.

Know Exactly What's Going On In The Home

Wouldn’t it be great to always know what was going on in the home each day? Our service includes “The Family Room” which provides family members real time online information on upcoming schedules, the caregiver team, medications, invoices, and even comments and details for the tasks that were completed during each visit.

Your entire family can be in the loop!
Create unlimited logins for family members to access the care calendar, view notes from past shifts, and even pay or split a portion of the bill. Add to-do items and see which caregivers are coming into the home. With The Family Room you are always in contact and in control.

Senior Home Care F.A.Q

You will certainly have a lot of questions, many of which may be answered here in this F.A.Q.

01. Who are our caregivers? How are they vetted?
Thorough background checks are conducted on ALL of our caregivers. We also conduct lengthy interviews and scrutinize references to ensure that our caregivers are truly the best and most compassionate in the industry.
02. What Services Do You Provide?
The easiest way to look at this is that we will provide virtually all the assistance your loved one will need that is non-nurse care related. Companionship, activities in the home, outside the home, errands, reminders, even light cleaning and upkeep. We do everything we can to keep your loved one, healthy, happy and independent.
03. What are the costs and how can I pay?
We will conduct a full evaluation of your needs and together we will develop an accurate cost estimate. Hourly care, 24 hour care and temporary full time care are all possibilities. Payment can be by check, credit/debit card and we do accept many long term care insurance providers as listed below.
04. How Do I Get Started? Are Their Commitments?
Getting started and even having services provided in a day is possible. It's starts by contacting us and from there we will conduct an evaluation of your needs. This can include a visit to the place of service, talking with your loved one and discussing the needs and concerns of the extended family. You can get an evaluation by calling us at: 800-481-2488 Or submitting a care review request here
